I can't say enough good things about my experience leasing a Volvo from Dan Carlson, our salesman, as well as Steve Dolly, the finance manager. My wife and I leased an XC90 from Dan, and he was just superb from start to finish - very honest, polite and low-key, just what we wanted from a salesman. He is really a class act and always treated us in a highly professional manner. On a scale of 1-10, I would give him an 11, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others. He was patient with our questions, followed up with us, and made us feel like valued customers. He gave us the same attention, in fact, both before and after the deal went through, which is a testament to his character and professionalism.
real idiots at this place called today 9-18-17 to have my volvo s60 seviced i told them i would need a loaner car today she said absolutly no problem i made the appt. then she abruptly transferred me to the service dept. some really rude guy there named jim said they dident have any loaner cars avail. i said that was not what i was told by the woman i spoke with i said let me speak with the owner a mr. long he was just as stupid as his employees no wonder the apple doesent fall far needless to say i wont be doing business with them or buying my new volvo there
Make sure you get all of your keys when you take delivery. Dealership only gave us one, which we stupidly misplaced, until they could get their hands on the second one. When we tried to get the second one, they then admitted that they never had the second key. We've been trying to get the car towed to the dealership for a new key (because they can only program them on-site) for the past two weeks, but Volvo Roadside Assistance keeps sending companies who do not have the equipment to pick up the car. Want to know how we like the car? I'll tell you when we can drive it again...
I decided to travel from out of state to visit this dealership. I felt very welcomed from the second I walked in the door. I dealt directly with Ben, Dan, Steve and Al......who were all more than accommodating to my needs. I would definitely refer this dealership, it was No Doubt the best service I have experienced in purchasing a vehicle!
In sum, my wife and I had a great experience with Dan and Steve. We would not hesitate to buy or lease a car from them again. This dealership is fortunate to have these professionals on staff. TWO THUMBS UP!
On the finance side, Steve was very straight, candid and personable with us. We felt very comfortable with him as he led us through the financing process.
My Volvo had a tire problem. I met Carl at the service and he provided an excellent service. Fixed the problem in 45 minutes and i was out of the place within an hour. Carl was very professional and courteous. They washed the car before returning to me. That is very good customer service. I would highly recommend this place for both sales and service.
