Nice experience It was very easy! The entire process was quick and painless. I just have to click several links. It's really awesome. The only downside is that you cannot offer a lower price but for the convenience that they offer I didn't mind paying a little over value.
Buying a car online was a piece of cake. I've found a car I liked and made an offer and soon got a call from Amg representative. They were flexible with price and it was great. Delivery service was also good. However I don't like car condition. It looks like new one outside, but inside it is very dirty.
I needed a 7 seat capable vehicle that provided the best bang for my limited buck. I saw an advertisement for what I felt was a good choice and in 2.5 hours, I drove off with a great value purchase. We spoke with Akin who was extremely professional and friendly. He and AMG worked to get a finance deal with as minimal wallet pain as possible and I appreciated it. I have no doubt that if this dealership had a car I wanted in the future, I'd go to them again. When Cristina takes your call at the front desk, ask for Akin!
Brilliant service! I was looking for a new car due to my older Volkswagen breaking down. Due to my bankruptcy, I researched local reviews of dealers who could work with bad credit as mine. During this process I found a few AMG auto reviews from their customers explaining how they offer bad credit financing. I checked their website and was surprised with their vast car’s list. There were several models I was dreaming for ages! I got in touch with their representative and asked about those vehicles. Akin, sales person, told me that one of them was reserved already, but another one was still available. I was excited and then ask the most important question about my loan. Akin put me through to their finance manager. I talked to him near 15 minutes and promised to help. I booked a test drive and asked for a loan. And I got an approval! Yay! This was a life saver, because without my new Truck I would’ve had a hard time keeping my contracting job with a broken down car. In 1 days time I went from having a Pontiac with a broken transmission to having a great running MB with low miles!

My buying experience. It was very easy to work with Rafael. Car buying process came fast and easy. My car delivery was one day later, but Rafael warned me, so it is not a big problem. Generally I'm happy with my car but it has several issues. I've found a few more paint chips not revealed on the website. The steering wheel was filthy, coffee splatter was up the passenger door and an overall feel of dirtiness. Plus a funky smell in the car. Now I understand why the price was so low.
