So far I've had two oil changes there and both experiences have been extremely pleasant. They were very accommodating and managed to finish in a timely manner. I highly suggest booking an appointment for your FIAT's maintenance here. The receptionist, Alejandro, is very handsome and friendly, which is a major bonus!
They are so accommodating and everyone there was friendly. While waiting for my car to be serviced several of their staff made small talk and asked to make sure I had everything I needed. The service was thorough. Best car dealership experience I've ever had.
I walked into the dealership at 8:15pm (they close at 9) and our salesperson, David Lopes, greeted us and took care of us without a hint of inconvenience. He showed us their stock of cars and found the exact car I was looking for. Sure enough we closed the deal that same night. Everyone at the dealership was kind enough to stay as late needed to get me on my way.
