Mike & Jerry are very knowledgeable with very competitive pricing. This is not a big box store, it is a boutique selling high end equipment in a 1:1 environment with guys that know what they are talking about. I have been a customer for last 15 years and will continue to make all of my equipment purchases here.

Great store with great stuff. Jerry and Mike have always treated me with the utmost respect and patience. Sometimes I'll go in there just to snoop around and ask questions about gear and they always offer to let me sit in their excellent listening room and listen to a favorite LP or CD; no pressure to buy anything. They are friendly and knowlegeable and put the customer first. I will not hesitate to buy my next piece of gear from them. There is a reason they have been in business for so long. If you are an audio, video or music enthusiast, you owe it to yourself to check out the Sound Exchange.
I love this store. I love the experience of being in there, the room has a genuine, unique small business character. I bought a pair of speakers and a receiver there, mike gave me a great price and volunteered to help set it up over the phone. I Wouldn’t buy anywhere else.
