Not the brightest guys working there. Went in for a oil change, the tool that was doing it didn't tighten the plug. Got oil drips still over my garage. Will never go back there.
Service is fast.But internal cleaning and vacuum is not done properly. When i asked for, after service is completed,they asked me to go again inside, to get vacum done if i want. I felt this is not correct and i drove off. When I am paying for the service, it is expected that the complete service is done perfectly.
They added the wrong oil type, could not reset oil monitor, would not recommend an oil change there.
They claim nothing touches the top of the car and it was probably loose. I purchased the car with the roof rack. It was totally snapped off from the metal pieces attached to the top of my roof. Manager said to bring the car in and leave it for the day so they can screw it in. That is not how the roof rack was assembled on the top of the car. Asked for it in writing that they are responsible to fix it on Monday. They would not provide me with anything stating this happened. Had to call the Branchburg police to have it documented for insurance purposes. Police officer was obviously not happy to be there and did not want to be bothered to write a report. Really? Don’t the citizens pay your salary? Anyway, I will never go back to the Branchburg Care Center. Stay clear!!!!
These guys rock. An oil change is an oil change- where they Excel is the wash. Super awesome!
