Just go somewhere else...literally anywhere else. The service is slow. SO SLOW! And the food is actual garbage...seriously. As far as food goes, you can find the same quality at your local dumpster.
-most confusing menu (the waiter started his introduction to our table stating that the menu is confusing and then went on to spend another 10 minutes explaining it to us...except he spoke broken English so all we really understood was nothing)
-waitiers that barely speak English
-slow service
I’ve been to the Melting Pot in Red Bank countless times and never had a problem. So naturally my wife and I decided to try this location. I’ve seen the bad reviews but tried to keep a positive attitude. I was so disappointed. The service was just so slow and inexperienced. The decor was nice, food was good but then again your the one cooking it right. Sad to say I’ll probably never return.
Very good food, good service. I liked the whole new experience I had at this restaurant.
By far the coolest dining experience! Our waiter was so friendly and added to the fun experience. All of the food was incredible and it's truly a unique way to enjoy a meal. Never would have thought paying to cook my own meal would be so fun

Communal fondue and hotpot cooking at the table, great fun for a group. Cheese fondue appetizer course, good salad selection for second course if you want it, hot seasoned broth pot cooking main course, chocolate fondue dessert course. More food than you can eat, and refills on veggies and dessert. Specialty drinks, decent wine menu. Warm, semiprivate ambiance for family special occasions and couples romance. Attentive servers.
